Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already shipped, Winchester Rags is not responsible for lost packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Winchester Rags is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
