Refund Policy – Winchester Rags

At Winchester Rags, we take pride in delivering high-quality clothing and limited collection items. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept exchanges or replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at winchester.rags@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement item or store credit if the claim is approved.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The request must be made within 5 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items purchased during limited releases or sales

  • Items marked final sale

Chargebacks

We do not allow fraudulent or false chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and refuse future service.
